CO-OP Network membership provides surcharge-free access at 28,000 ATMs.

Text Messaging and GPS accessibility: Before you take your next road trip, be sure that you know exactly where to get your cash for free. Text your location – address, intersection or zip code – to 692667 (MYCOOP) from any mobile phone or download the database of more than 28,000 surcharge-free ATMs directly to your Garmin, TomTom or other GPS device. Never be lost looking for a surcharge-free ATM again.

 

Visa® Debit Card

Accepted worldwide wherever the VISA sign appears, including restaurants, service stations, retail stores, and much more! Our VISA debit card now offers more benefits for you! The Debit Rewards program allows you to earn points for gifts and other items just by using your debit card as a credit purchase. VISA Gift Cards are the perfect choice for those “hard to shop for” individuals. With a much lower fee than you will usually find, VISA gift cards are available at all of our branches and give you flexibility and security, not to mention easy shopping. You choose the amount (starting with as little as $10), we load the card, and you make someone very happy!

 

Telephone Banking

Use our Personal Account Line – P.A.L. Check your balances, hear what checks have cleared, transfer money between accounts, or make credit union loan payments with our bank by phone service. Call 800.366.4725.

 

Call Center

Another benefit is a service-oriented call center to answer all of your questions. Our knowledgeable representatives are able to give the same service you have come to expect in the branch. The call center can even process loan requests. Call 800.255.1513.

 

Online Banking

Save time and money with online banking. You can transfer money, make loan payments, transfer funds between accounts or download account information.

 

Bill Pay

Our online Bill Pay program makes the dreaded task of paying bills much easier. No more checks or stamps, pay bills in your pajamas and slippers if you want. Simply enter your billing information and choose your type of payment and frequency. You can set up recurring payments, a one-time payment and even monthly transfers, all in the comfort of your home.

How to add multiple accounts to one sign on:

1. Sign on to CPM Anytime.
2. Click on Preferences on the left of the page.
3. Click on Multiple Accounts.
4. Click on Add Account.
5. Enter the account number (User ID) and password for the account being added. (This account must be signed up for CPM Anytime prior to adding this account.)
6. Click on Add Access.
7. On the bottom of the account page screen, the account number will appear with a drop down box to change the account number.

Note: To use CPM Anytime, you will need a personal computer with modem, an Internet connection and a browser - either Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher or Netscape 4.79 or higher or AOL 6.0 or higher.

Note: When you sign up for CPM Anytime, you agree that we will no longer mail you a monthly statement or notices.

 

eStatements

No more statements cluttering your desk or closets! View your statement right from the comfort of your home when you want to.

You can now receive your monthly statement via e-mail or at anytime you need to access your statement. After you sign up, each month you will be sent an electronic message telling you that your statement is ready for your retrieval. You can simply click on the link in your email or visit this page and log on by clicking on the eStatement link in the "Online Tools" menu at the top of every page.

Not only will you be able to view your statement, but you will have the ability to get copies of your cleared checks by clicking on the blue check numbers on your statement.

To get signed up for eStatements, click on the "Sign up for eStatements Online" button above and follow the instructions. An email will be sent to you with a password. This password is separate from your CPM Anytime password.
