WHAT DO I NEED IN ORDER TO USE CPM ANYTIME?
In order to use CPM Anytime, you must first have a connection to the internet. This requires two components: a modem, and an Internet Service Provider (ISP). A 28.8 kps or higher modem is recommended for the fastest, most efficient home banking session. ISPs can be a local data communications company, or a national provider such as America Online (AOL). You will also need an internet browser. The most common are Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape. The minimum browser requirements are Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher or Netscape 4.79 or higher or AOL 6.0 or higher. You will then link to our secure site where you will enter your user name (account number) and Password.
HOW MUCH DOES CPM ANYTIME COST?
CPM Anytime is free to members of CPM Federal Credit Union.
HOW DO I CONNECT TO CPM ANYTIME?
After connecting to the internet, go to www.cpmfed.com. This is CPM Federal Credit Union's web site. On the home page, point and click on the CPM Anytime button. This will take you to the log in screen.
HOW CAN I TRANSFER FUNDS BETWEEN MY ACCOUNTS WITH CPM ANYTIME?
Select the 'Transfer' button from the tool bar and a list of accounts from which you may transfer from and to will be displayed.
IF I MAKE A TRANSFER, HOW SOON ARE THE FUNDS TRANSFERRED TO OR TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT?
CPM Anytime is in real time, which means that as soon as you make a transaction, the results can be seen immediately by viewing the balance screen.
CAN I MAKE A WITHDRAWAL FROM MY ACCOUNT?
YES. Once you request a withdrawal from your account, a check will be mailed to you. The maximum amount of withdrawal is $2000.00 per day or the available amount in you account, which ever is less.
WHEN I PULL A HISTORY OF MY TRANSACTIONS FROM AN ACCOUNT, HOW MANY MONTHS CAN I VIEW?
When pulling history on any account you have, you can view the last 6 months of history.
CAN I VIEW OTHER MEMBERS ACCOUNTS OR TRANSFER TO OR FROM OTHER MEMBERS ACCOUNTS IF I AM JOINT ON THEM?
If you are joint on another account, we can cross reference that other account. For security and control purposes, there are only two things that you will be able to do on the home banking system. You will be able to transfer funds to the crossed account only and you will only be able to view the balance in the crossed account. This is not set up automatically and you must request us to do this.
DO I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF MY ACTIVITIES?
You will receive a confirmation number when you perform a funds transfer on CPM Anytime.
I SIGNED UP FOR CPM ANYTIME AND NOW I DON'T GET ANY STATEMENTS. WHY?
Once you sign up for CPM Anytime, you agree not to receive paper statements. If you would like to receive eStatements, you will need to sign up for eStatements and get a username and password. To sign up for eStatements, click HERE.
DOES REGULATION D APPLY TO TRANSACTIONS ON CPM ANYTIME?
Yes! Regulation D is applicable to transactions made on CPM Anytime. Regulation D is the regulation that limits the number of electronic transfers from your savings account. You are allowed 6 electronic transfers from savings each month. This includes transfers made on CPM Anytime, PAL, ACH and overdraft transfers.
I HAVE AN OVERDRAFT LOAN. IF I MAKE A TRANSFER ON CPM ANYTIME AND I DO NOT HAVE AVAILABLE FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT, WILL CPM ANYTIME ACCESS MY OVERDRAFT LOAN?
No. CPM Anytime will only allow you to transfer funds that are available in your account at the time of the transfer.
WHAT KIND OF SECURE SIGN ON DO YOU USE?
We use a secure sign on screen provided by Verisign.
IS THERE A TIME LIMIT FOR A HOME BANKING SESSION?
If you are inactive for fifteen minutes or more, the system will automatically log you out.
HOW DO I GET A PASSWORD TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT ON CPM ANYTIME?
You can now sign up for CPM Anytime right from our home page. Click on "Register for CPM Anytime" and answer a few questions and your in!
CAN I PICK MY OWN PASSWORD?
YES! When you register online, the system will ask you to pick a password. It must be at least four digits but, no more than 12 digits long. It can be either numbers or letters or a combination of both. Passwords are case sensitive so, please be sure you remember if it is upper or lower case when you set it up.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I SIGN ON WITH THE WRONG PASSWORD?
If you try to sign on with the wrong Password or enter it incorrectly three or more times, the system will lock you out. This is done for security reasons. In order to access the system , you will need to reset your account and assign yourself a new password. This can be done from our website or from the logon screen for CPM Anytime.
I HAVE FORGOTTEN WHAT MY PASSWORD IS. CAN I CALL AND GET IT FROM THE CREDIT UNION?
No. For security purposes, we do not keep Passwords that are assigned. Also, we cannot retrieve your Password. If you forget your Password, go to our webpage and click on "Forget your password?" and you can re-assign yourself a password.
CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD ANYTIME I WANT WITHOUT HAVING TO CONTACT THE CREDIT UNION?
Yes. You can select the Change Password button on the tool bar.
I CANNOT ACCESS THE LOG IN SCREEN. WHY?
An inability to access a log in screen could be the result of not having the correct version of a browser. We recommend using with Netscape 4.79 or higher or Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher or AOL 6.0 or higher. If you do not have at least this version of the browsers, you can go to www.netscape.com or www.microsoft.com and download the latest version for free. You must also allow COOKIES to be accepted.
I CAN GET TO THE LOG IN SCREEN BUT I CANNOT LOG IN. WHY?
There could be several reason for this:
* Did you complete the registration online?
* Are you using an incorrect Password?
* Have you tried to access the system three or more times with an incorrect Password?
IF I HAVE A PROBLEM ACCESSING MY ACCOUNT, WHO CAN I CALL?
In order for CPM Federal Credit Union to assist you as efficiently as possible, try to have the following information available when contacting us:
* Date and time of the problem
* Operating system of the computer
* Browser type and version
* If an error message occurred, try to write down the exact error message
* The steps you took that resulted in the error
You can call any branch office of CPM Federal for help. We will do all we can to resolve your problem when you call. At times, we may have to call you back to finish resolving your problem.
CAN I VISIT A BRANCH OFFICE AND HAVE SOMEONE SHOW ME HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM?
Yes. You can visit any branch office and someone will be able to sit down with you and show you how to use the CU Anytime home banking system.
CAN I CONTACT CPM FEDERAL CREDIT UNION VIA EMAIL?
Yes. If you are on our website, click on the Contact Us link on our home page. If you are in CPM Anytime, click on the Contact Us button and send your message. If you are not on either, you can send email to admin@cpmfed.com.
