Online Banking Services

CPM Federal Credit Union loves to see your smiling face. But when you don't have time to visit us in person, how about visiting us online? Online banking can save you time. You'll no longer have to wait at an ATM to check your balance, and you can view your account anytime -- not just during branch hours of operation. You'll be able to check your balance, view transaction records, transfer money between accounts, and communicate with CPM Federal Credit Union via e-mail.

As long as you have access to the Internet, online banking allows you to contact us from anywhere. It's especially convenient for members who aren't always in close proximity to the credit union -- those who travel a lot or are away from home, maybe in college dorm rooms.

CPM Federal Credit Union has years of experience helping members manage their money and protecting members' privacy and safety, so security and confidentiality play a leading role in our online banking service. We have highly sophisticated encryption procedures in place to prevent unauthorized users from reading confidential information. Following some simple guidelines can also help ensure your safety.

How to add multiple accounts to one sign on:

Sign on to CPM Anytime.
Click on Preferences on the left of the page.
Click on Multiple Accounts.
Click on Add Account.
Enter the account number (User ID) and password for the account being added. (This account must be signed up for CPM Anytime prior to adding this account.)
Click on Add Access.
On the bottom of the account page screen, the account number will appear with a drop down box to change the account number.

Note: To use CPM Anytime, you will need a personal computer with modem, an Internet connection and a browser - either Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher or Netscape 4.79 or higher or AOL 6.0 or higher.

Note: When you sign up for CPM Anytime, you agree that we will no longer mail you a monthly statement or notices.

eStatements

No more statement cluttering your desk or closets! View your statement right from the comfort of your home when you want to.

You can now receive your monthly statement via e-mail or at anytime you need to access your statement. After you sign up, each month you will be sent an electronic message telling you that your statement is ready for your retrieval. You can simply click on the link in your email or visit this page and log on by clicking on the eStatement link in the "Online Tools" menu at the top of every page.

Not only will you be able to view your statement, but you will have the ability to get copies of your cleared checks by clicking on the blue check numbers on your statement.

To get signed up for eStatements, click on the "Sign up for eStatements Online" button above and follow the instructions. An email will be sent to you with a password. This password is separate from your CPM Anytime password.

Quicken is the easy way to start organizing your finances. Quicken works just like your checkbook, so it's easy to get started.

With Quicken, you can reconcile your bank statement in minutes and see all you account balances at a glance. You can schedule payments and get reminders of when they are due. Download your data from CPM Anytime. You can get your account balances, transfer funds, all online. Track your spending and see where your money goes using customized reports and graphics. Find quick and easy answers to questions about your spending, budget, net worth and more.

The Quicken download is a free service. Before you can download to Quicken, you will need to be setup at CPM Federal. If you want to be setup, you can call your local branch or call 800-255-1513 and request to be set up or you can send an e-mail requesting to be setup.
